This project has been one of my favourites this summer. Sheffield Hallam University came to me with the idea of combining user generated content (UGC) with high-quality video, using a 'reality TV' style. We took this idea, and built it into the project you see above. We took specific inspiration from The Traitors interviews/pieces to camera.

We worked with the student talent to capture some b-roll footage of their A-level results days, then capturing some 'day-to-day' content from their time at university. In the edit we combined this with the UGC and custom Instagram graphics, to bring the effect that it summarised the first year of their university experience.

We also put together 3 vertical videos showcasing each students year-in-review. These were used by the clients team and released based on social media polls.
